Please note: We must deliver all orders with a value of £50 or more to the registered address of the debit/credit card used to pay for the order.
Delivery Charges
Mainland UK - £2.95 per order, no matter how large your order or how many different items it contains - Delivery to England, Wales and parts of Scotland excluding Highlands & Islands (see below for restricted postcodes and locations).
Other UK - Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles & Isles of Scilly (Postcodes AB31–38, AB41-45, AB51–56, FK19–21, HS1-9, IV1–63, KA27&28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41-49, PA60–66, PA70–78, PH1&5–9, PH15–26, PH30–44, H49&50, PO30–41, VI13, ZE1-3, BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE).
After listening to our customers who live in these regions we have put together a new system for charging carriage more accurately so that customers who wish to place smaller orders can take advantage of the same great savings offered to mainland UK customers without having to pay a premium for delivery.
There are 3 price bands for the postcode areas shown above depending on the total weight of your order.

Total Weight of Order is less than 2kg
£2.95 per order
Total Weight of Order is 2kg to 4kg
£9.99 per order
Total Weight of Order is above 4kg
£29.99 per order - Greenhouses and larger garden items (play equipment, arbours, gazebos, summerhouses, pergolas, bbqs, firepits, swimming pools etc) can only be delivered to mainland UK addresses, see above for restricted postcodes - please email for a carriage quote if you live outside this region.
Delivery (non-plant orders)
Your order will be dispatched very quickly usually the same (up to approx. 3pm) or next working day (subject to stock availability). We use different methods of carriage depending on your order value and weight including next day, 2-3 day service, 1st and 2nd class Royal Mail Packet Post.
Delivery of Bulbs & Plants
Some of the bulbs and plants listed will be despatched in time for planting as stated in their category heading. If a mixed order is placed (bulbs/plants with a non-plant order) we may hold your order until all items are available.
Non-delivery of goods
Please check the item listing as some bulbs and plants are not despatched immediately. We guarantee to deliver non-plant orders within 28 days of ordering. If we are unable to deliver within 28 days we will only proceed with an order after your agreement.
