+ Hydraulicheck Unit
The addition of a small hydraulic damper which we have called 'hydraulicheck' to the Mk7 Autovent, offers the best answer yet provided to the problem of wind damage of lightweight vents. It only allows the vent to be opened slowly but it can shut quickly. Whilst the Mk7 Triple Spring model offers an adequate degree of protection in most cases, the hydraulicheck fitting is advisable in areas where severe conditions are encountered. Dimensions and lifting capacity are identical to the Mk7 standard unit. Available in satin anodised finish or epoxy powder coated white, brown or green.

Replacement Power Tube to fit the Mk 7 Standard, Mk 7 Triple Spring and Mk 7 Hydraulicheck Autovents. Length excluding piston : 7.38" / 18.75 cm The standard tube is filled with a wax that enables the window to be set to start opening between around 12°C (55°F) and 75°C (24°F).
