Green Velvet lawn seed with rootgrow mycorrhizal fungi is suitable for creating new lawns or for overseeding and reparing worn patches on established lawns.
This is a professional grade of grass seed not normally available to the public and the grasses are guaranteed first season harvest i.e.less than a year old, which ensures good germination. Two of the grasses are also exclusively bred by Barrenbrug who have been breeding grass seed for 100 years.

Lolium perenne "Fandango"
Common name: Perennial Ryegrass
A grass seed with a high shoot density and good recovery from damage and drought. Fandango also exhibits excellent tolerance to Red Thread and superb cleanness of cut.
Lolium perenne "Bardorado"
Common name: Perennial Ryegrass
Exclusively bred by Barenbrug
"Bardorado" was specifically bred to exhibit greater tolerance to drought as this can be a weakness amongst some perennial Ryegrasses
A very hard wearing grass seed bred to germinate at low temperatures and also to exhibit excellent tolerance to heat, drought and salt.
Festuca rubra rubra "Barustic"
Common name: Strong Creeping Red Fescue
Exclusively bred by Barenbrug
"Barustic was specifically bred to produce strong rhizomes which enable excellent recovery from wear and tear.
This seed also exhibits good shade and drought tolerance
