Kong produces huge leaves on a very fast growing plant.
Ideal for providing contrast in containers and formal bedding schemes.
Can be sown all year round in the greenhouse or indoors.
For outside planting sow February to May.
Sow on the surface of a good seed compost but do not cover with compost.
Sealing in a polythene bag after sowing is helpful.
Do not exclude light.
Germination takes 10-20 days at 21-24C (70-75F).
